On Thursday, October 16, 2025, St. Joseph’s
School, Naini, conducted a therapy session on boys' mental and physical health
for Classes IV and V, with Sir Francis Patric as the resource person and chief
guest.
The resource person
was welcomed by Principal Rev. Fr. Melwin Wilson D’Souza, Sr. Tracy DSH, and
Ma’am Alpana Ojha, the organizer of the session.
Principal Rev. Fr.
Melwin Wilson D’Souza engaged with the young minds through his motivational and
informative words, stating that knowing oneself is the best education, and we
must all be aware of ourselves.
The session included
meditation, activities focused on relaxation, male hygiene routines, emotional
health, anger management, and effective problem-solving techniques. There were
also situation-based activities and a game designed to make the interaction
enjoyable. Sr. Tracy spoke on the importance of exercise, discipline, and a
balanced diet.
Overall, the session was interactive and
informative.
